My wife and I bought a wreath of flowers for my wife's aunt's funeral a few years back. They didn't deliver it before the ceremony because my wife's mother had a past due balance with them. Didn't call to try to explain this rediculous policy or anything. We had to call them to find out where the wreath was. They may be the only florist in town, but I will never use them again.
