Out of last 5 times ordering from this Pizza Hut 3 times they messed up my order! This last time I ordered two pizzas and was told 20 minutes. Went there 30 minutes later and was told there was a computer error and they didnt make my pizzas! Third strike! Wont go back!

Special deal was $6.99 medium any toppings and free appetizer when you spend $10 or more. So we got 2 med supremes with cheese sticks for $15. A great deal for sure and this is enough to feed the two of us most of the weekend. Friendly staff, very clean restaurant.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! We called on 10/13/2017 and ordered a Large Supreme pizza at 4:28pm for delivery. I called back at 5:18pm to check on the status of the pizza. I was told that it had been sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. I proceeded to tell them that it was ordered for delivery. The man on the phone was polite, however, Rosco or Rocco the delivery driver was heard in the background complaining about how he would need to deliver my pizza. The gentlemen got back on the phone and told me it would take an ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES for my pizza to be delivered. I let the guy know that I would not be needing the pizza and would be going somewhere else. After I leave and I am picking up my food my mother inlaw gets a call that they are sitting at the house trying to deliver my "FRESH" pizza at 5:35pm. The sad thing was.. they had a large pepperoni and onion pizza to deliver which was NOT my order. My husband then called and was told that we could reorder our pizza and the pizza would be covered as well as the delivery fee (WHICH WAS WHY I WAS NOT GOING TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW). We called today at 11:54am to order our pizza and the lady on the phone let me know they didn't have a delivery driver and it would be about 30-35 minutes. I let it go since their driver didn't show up. We get another call letting us know that we would now have to pay the delivery fee. My husband let the lady know what he was told from last night and her excuse was that he was a new manager and didn't know what he was doing. My husband then asked for the corporate number and she told us she didn't have it. So he asked for her name and she hung up the phone. We called right back and asked to speak with the manager and we sat on hold. My husband went up to the store and got her name and our delivery is still NOT being made. I have never received such HORRIBLE service.If you are wanting pizza I recommend going to the pizza inn where the service has ALWAYS been great! The manager who we spoke to said her name was Tony...she wasn't wearing a name tag. BUT she was working the shift for 10/14/2017 during 12pm. Corporate will be getting this information as well.
Need to clean oil and vinager bottles !!! Booths need cleaning ,,, just need to clean blinds they r nasty ...They hv 10 years of dirt on them ..Servicer r fine they work hard ..For little money !!
