Nice, quite place..concrete slabs and the owners are some of the nicest people I have meet.. Stayed here for about 2 1/2 months while working in the area. For sure stay again if back in the area.

Great place!! The couple that owns this RV Park is extremely kind and welcoming; we were offered hot coffee in the morning and home-made peach sherbet on Saturday night paired with really great conversation! The campground is easy to find and very clean, they have the cleanest and most modern facilities I have encountered in any campground! I look forward to coming back again.
Working out on the road, wife and I decided to Tent camp with it being cool weather. The lady here was extremely nice and accommodating . The park was well kept with excellent bathrooms/showers and other amenities. The permanent residents were super friendly and helpful, even brought us coffee the next morning. Would defiantly recommend this park and will stop in again.
We left Florida due to that nasty visitor, Hurricane Irma. On the road we looked for places near Hattiesburg to wait out the storm with our 5th wheel. We found Magnolia Sands online and called the owner, Bridgette. She was warm and welcoming, telling us that she had a couple of people from Florida there already and that she had space for us. Along the way, we were asked if we knew any places to stay with campers, and we passed the information along. When we got there, we were welcomed like old friends....along with the others that followed us there. It is pleasant and comfortable, with a lovely pond. They have full hook-ups, laundry, shower rooms, and play areas for children. They also welcome friendly pets. Look forward to staying there again when we are on the road, and as place to go to spend some quiet time. Hosts were great.
